The personnel is exceptional. It boasts a stunning and particularly good location; just off the outlet, a Mac Donalds- before all that over development and Restaurant. There's Ca'puccino relatively near the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts.

Greatly enjoyed the room on all windows, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was close enough to the mall, Italy, and other eateries and of course the shopping thanks to its beautiful location.

This place is excellent and absolutely great for shopping, would recommend. It has beautifully designed and perfect rooms to offer with spacious balcony, open shower in upper level and a very comfortable big bed. The hotel has got a great restaurant for dinner and breakfast.

It's great that the hotel is easily accessible to a shopping center. The staff at reception was helpful with our bags since there wasn't an elevator. However, the room didn't come with enough toiletries for the both of us, unlike what we usually get at other hotels. The bed was okay, and the bathroom was clean, but not particularly a standout. The breakfast was satisfactory but not remarkable, and the hotel didn't have any outstanding views that we could mention. However, we did appreciate the free parking that the hotel provided.

The hotel was in a beautiful location really close to the outlet and restaurants and restaurants and supermarkets and a Mac Donalds- before all that over development. And it's a 10-15 minute walking distance from Farinella, ate there once or twice. I enjoyed the breakfast: coffee and pastries were all delicious.

We stayed at the Capriccio Art hotel for one night and had a truly 5-star experience. The rustic and organic breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was clean and artistically decorated. The garden was amazing, and the hotel is located across from a luxury mall. The price was good for Italy. The room was tastefully furnished and the staff were friendly and supportive. The restaurant served delicious local dishes. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel located right next to the famous outlet mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even helped me with my luggage as there was no lift in the building.
